  • Message and data rates apply.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you text messages related to Peter Hubbard’s activities and platform.
  • Send get-out-the-vote information
  • Provide campaign updates and information.
  • Process donations or volunteer sign-ups.

No sharing of text messaging data

 

  • Explicit exclusion: We will not sell, rent, or share any personal information obtained through our text message program with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All other information collected, if any, also excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
  • Authorized third parties: We may share data with service providers and subcontractors who assist us in sending messages, but they are contractually obligated to protect your data. 
  • Donations: We are required by law to report certain personal information surrounding donations and expenditures such as Name, Address, Occupation, Employer, Donation Amount and any other legally required disclosures.  This information is public information.  We DO NOT sell, rent, or otherwise provide your information to other campaigns, local, state or national parties, or other such 3rd parties. 

Your right to opt out


You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time.

 

  • To unsubscribe: Simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a one-time message confirming your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. 

Data security

 

  • Protection of your data: We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • Disclaimer: While we work to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
  • Retention: Your personal data is retained throughout the campaign and for up to 36 months after termination of the campaign or subsequent term in office.
